Shakira surprises Mexico’s Maná during concert in Barcelona

Colombian singer Shakira decided to surprise fans during a concert from Mexican group Maná in Barcelona.

It was the singer’s first performance since giving birth to baby Sasha earlier in the year.

Shakira has struck up a friendship with the group, after performing on the track “Mi Verdad” while heavily pregnant.

The live version of the song will also be included on Maná’s new album “Cama Incendiada”.

Shakira attended a birthday brunch for her father in Barcelona over the weekend, Gerard Piqué was missing from the table, due to football commitments.

The 84-year-old William Meberak and wife Nidia Repoll celebrated with their grandsons and Piqué’s parents.

The couple are rumored to be trying for a girl to accompany their two boys.

Back in the record books

Shakira has been back in the record books for the third time, awarded yet another Guinness World Record for the amount of fans on her social media pages.

The singer now has a total of 107 million followers, beating Cristian Ronaldo with a mere 102 million.

The new edition of the book will be published on September 10.
